Red Bull Air Race 2016

It's race day! But not horses!

Getting a secondary adrenaline buzz doing something today that's been on my bucket list for a few years - it's the Red Bull Air Race London leg !!! Totally wish I was flying

 

This was the wing walkers warm up act to the main event on race day. Enjoy the grand finale where they take off their harnesses!

This is UK's Nigel Lamb's final race. Wasn't enough to take him through to the last 4, but still awesome.

Heaven in Cornwall

You can't beat proper Cornish pasties!

There is also something to be said for light salads drizzled with delicious, yet simple dressings, cool, refreshing beverages and gooey chocolate brownies, all enjoyed in the summer sunshine in lovely Cornish locations with family. Ah, heaven..

One must let off steam every now and then so one doesn't explode! Enjoying a family go karting session at Teamsport racetrack in Avonmouth. It was awesome!

The Lost Gardens of Heligan

Not far from one of my favourite little places in Cornwall, Mevagissey, there's the Lost Gardens of Heligan. We finally got to visit this year and I loved the place. They also had an exhibition remembering the Somme, as 13 of the gardeners of the Heligan Estate went to fight, but only 4 returned.

Holiday time!

Up at 3am, to leave at 4am and drive down to Newquay. Just had a super brunch at Lakeside with family and now taking a little stroll around Trenance Gardens in the sunshine.

The clouds soon return! Discovering a new site right on our doorstep - Cubert Common and Polly Joke beach.

The change in weather doesn't stop the cows heading to the beach for a sunbathe!

Yep, it's that time of year again where I see a holiday in my sights - and lots of lovely spare time - and I immediately get thinking about how I can improve my website!

So that will be a total redesign then hahaha! No, just kidding - I do have some new things to launch, but I'm not planning to revamp my whole layout.
